Ingredients
- 800 grams of streaky pork chops
- 500 grams of chicken
- 0.5 pot Moksi Meti spice mix
- 0.5 pot BBQ Los Foroe
- Olive Oil
- 350 grams Pak choy
- 500 grams of noodles
- 3-4 tbsp. Moksi Marinade

Instructions
- 800 gr. Cut streaky pork chops in half and cook for +/- 5 minutes.
- 500 gr. Wash the chicken thoroughly and rub it with ½ pot of Moksi Meti herb mix, let it sit for +/- 30 minutes.
- Rub pork chops with ½ jar of BBQ Los Foroe and let it sit for +/- 30 minutes.
- Every now and then, rub the chicken and pork steaks well.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. 350 gr. Cut bok choy into coarse pieces of ½ cm, wash and drain.
- 1 pack of noodles (500 g) see preparation on pack, al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.
- 3-4 tbsp. Heat olive oil
- 3-4 tbsp. Mix the Moksi Marinade with the oil, stir in the noodles well, mix in the Bok Choy, cut 3 sprigs of celery and mix them into the noodles, keep everything warm on a low heat.
- Place pork and chicken in the oven, fill the drip tray with water and roast the meat until done, turning occasionally.
- Cut the roast pork into slices, cut the chicken into pieces, fry the roasted meat in the oil from the drip tray.
- Serve the meat with or on or through the noodles or rice.
Notes
You can eat this dish with rice or noodles. Serve with one of the spicy pepper sauces or sambals from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
