- 250 grams of macaroni
- 1 kilo of flower bulb cleaned

- 1 tbsp. Garden herb mix for minced meat
- 1 tbsp. Grill mix for chicken
- 170 grams of onions
- 200 grams of red parika for sale in a pot at a Turkish store
- 200 grams of old grated cheese

- Cook the macaroni until al dente with a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp olive oil and cook the cauliflower until al dente with 1 tbsp. Then cut the Surinamese herb butter mix into florets. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan, stir the garden herb mix for minced meat and the grill mix for chicken together with the minced meat. Clean the onions, cut them into pieces and fry them in the minced meat. When the minced meat and onions are cooked, cut the peppers into pieces, mix in the chopped peppers. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Mix the pasta with the minced meat, add the cauliflower, mix well in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the grated cheese over it and then put it in the oven. Leave the whole thing in the oven for +/- 30 minutes. For a nice spicy side, add one of Swiet Moffo's pepper sauces or sambals.
