BAKELJAW this is salted codfish. We desalt this, no longer to boil it, but we rinse this cod in warm water, drain it and place it in cold water for another 30 minutes. Drain and fry in hot oil with sliced onions and garlic until golden brown. On a fresh bun, hmmmmmm!
Heat this fish and cook it thoroughly. Keep refrigerated after opening and have a limited shelf life (4-7 degrees, refrigerator).
