Description
Go on a culinary discovery with this new (vegan) marinade. The single-use pot has a capacity of 155 ml and is suitable for 2-3 people. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Gluten-free, lactose-free.
Requirements for the recipe with Culinary Marinade:
1x Swiet Moffo Culinary Marinade á 155 ml;
700 grams of chicken fillet (for Vegan: replace the chicken with 300 grams of soy chunks or tempeh);
1 kg potato slices;
300 grams of (wok) vegetables of your choice;
1 knob of Alpro soya margarine;
(1x Surinamese Butter Mix of 50 grams)
Preparation time: a delicious dish on the table within 20 minutes.
Preparation method:
Prepare the soy chunks according to the instructions on the packaging. Marinate the soy chunks or chicken fillet with the Culinary Marinade. Fry the marinated soy chunks in a wok with oil / grill the chicken fillet in the oven at 160 degrees, about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, briefly stir-fry the vegetables in a wok, together with a knob of butter (and possibly 1 tablespoon of Swiet Moffo's Surinamese Butter Mix).
Fry the potato slices in the air fryer or deep fryer.
