Ingredients
- 1 ½ Kilo potato whole tubes
- 1 kilo chicken pork chop without skin
- 1 large onion slice
- 150 ml olive oil
- 4 eetl curry mix for chicken
- 2 spice mix for lamb
- 1 liter water
- Ingredients for the vegetables:
- 250 gram pointed cabbage cut into 2 cm pieces
- 500 gram long beans cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 at red pepper strips
- 1 at medium large onions
- 4-5 olive oil
- 1 eetl curry mix
- 1 tablespoon lamb spice mix
- 1 eetl curry mix
- 1 tablespoon lamb spice mix

Instructions
- Peel the potato and cut it into pieces (large in 4).
- Heat the oil, fry the chicken, while frying add the curry and lamb spices.
- Fry the onions and after +/- 5 minutes, keep scooping, so it does not burn at all.
- Then add the water and let it boil until the potato is cooked.
Preparation of the vegetables
- Heat the oil and add the curry and lamb spice mix, onion and fry until golden brown.
- Then the long beans, then the cabbage and paprika, add 50 ml. water and stir fry for 2-3 min.
Notes
Serve this dish with warm white rice. For the spicy taste, add one of Swiet Moffo's hot pepper sauces or sambals.
