Instructions
  1. Peel the potato and cut it into pieces (large in 4).
  2. Heat the oil, fry the chicken, while frying add the curry and lamb spices.
  3. Fry the onions and after +/- 5 minutes, keep scooping, so it does not burn at all.
  4. Then add the water and let it boil until the potato is cooked.
Preparation of the vegetables
  1. Heat the oil and add the curry and lamb spice mix, onion and fry until golden brown.
  2. Then the long beans, then the cabbage and paprika, add 50 ml. water and stir fry for 2-3 min.
Notes

Serve this dish with warm white rice. For the spicy taste, add one of Swiet Moffo's hot pepper sauces or sambals.
