- 25 grams of bakkeljauw mix from swiet moffo
- 400 grams of cod fillet from Swiet Moffo
- 500 grams of Surinamese rice
- 350 grams of pointed cabbage

- 8-10 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Place cod in cold water for 20 minutes, drain and rinse briefly, then let it drain.
- Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes. Add the cod mix, cut cabbage into pieces and mix well.
- Mix this all through the rice, add water up to about 1 finger and cook this all together in the rice cooker.
Cucumber lettuce
- Cut 1 cucumber into slices, 1 dash of vinegar, some pepper, salt and sugar to taste. Let this soak in for 1 hour.
