- 150 grams of Bakkeljauw
- 500 grams frozen cassava
- 600 grams of Brussels sprouts
- 200 grams boneless chicken
- 4-6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion 100 grams
- ½ cut red and yellow peppers as you like

Instructions
- Rinse cod and place it in cold water for +/- 1 hour, drain and rinse briefly. Sort out the big pieces.
- Clean the Brussels sprouts, add 2 teaspoons of vegetable mix no. 2, chop ½ onion, heat the oil, add the Brussels sprouts and 120 ml. water.
- Mix everything well and let it simmer until the Brussels sprouts are done. (+/- 25 min.)
- Cook cassava just like potatoes, add 1 tsp while cooking. Add Caribbean butter mix or Surinamese butter mix.
- When the cassava is soft, let it cool and cut into 1 ½ to 2 cm pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. C Cut chicken into pieces, chop onion, heat oil, fry chicken until done with 1 tbsp. fish herbs, mix well, add the peppers and then the cod, mix well and now add the Brussels sprouts.
- Mix well and grease an oven dish with some oil.
- Now place the delicious mixture in the oven dish and sprinkle 170 grams of grated cheese over it
- Now put this in the oven and leave it for +/- 15 minutes.
Notes
For a spicy taste, add Madame Jeanette pepper sauce or one of the Swiet Moffo hot sauces or sambals. Enjoy your meal!
