Ingredients
- 1 ½ kilos of whole potatoes
- 1 kilo of skinless chicken chop
- Cut 1 large onion
- 150 ml olive oil
- 4 tablespoon curry mix for chicken
- 2 tbsp. spice mix for lamb
- 1 liter of water
- Ingredients for the vegetables:
- 250 grams of pointed cabbage into 2 cm pieces
- 500 grams of long beans or green beans into 2 cm pieces
- 1 into red pepper pieces
- 1 medium onion pieces
- 4-5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tbsp curry mix
- 1 tablespoon lamb spice mix
- 1 tbsp curry mix
- 1 tablespoon lamb spice mix

Instructions
- Peel the potato and cut into pieces (large ones into 4).
- Heat the oil, fry the chicken, while it is frying add the curry and lamb spices.
- Fry the onions and continue to stir after +/- 5 minutes, so that they do not burn.
- Then add the water and let it cook until the potato is done.
Preparation of the vegetables
- Heat the oil, then add the curry and lamb spice mix, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
- Then add the long beans, then the cabbage and the pepper, add 50 ml. Add water and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Notes
Serve this dish with warm white rice. For a spicy taste, add one of Swiet Moffo's hot pepper sauces or sambals.
