Instructions
- Desalt cod in cold water for +/- 15 minutes.
- Drain and briefly place in a colander after rinsing and letting it drain.
- Pick or cut cod into pieces.
- Cut the onions into pieces, as well as the tomatoes and celery.
- Heat the oil and fry the onions and cod in the hot oil, mixing (avoid burning), add the tomatoes and celery, and then mix in the 1/2 tbsp Caribbean and Vegetable Mix No. 1.
- Let it simmer on a low heat for +/- 5 minutes.
Notes
Eating on a warm pistol or baguette. You can also serve it with warm white rice or boiled potatoes and vegetables of your choice. Also on toast as a snack. For spiciness, add one of the Swiet Moffo pepper sauces. A delight for fish lovers.
