Ingredients
- 1 eggplant alternately, cut 4, then into cubes
- 1 zucchini alternately, cut 4, then into cubes
- Cut ½ large onion into pieces
- 1 Cut the celery stalk in half lengthwise and then into pieces
- 4-6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp Roti Spice mix
- ¼ l Water

Instructions
- Heat the oil and fry the onions, celery and roti mix together briefly.
- Stir in the sliced eggplant and zucchini
- Add ¼ l of water and let it simmer until the vegetables are good.
