Instructions
  1. Spread cod evenly with Vegetable Mix No. 1 and Surinamese Herb Butter Mix.
  2. Place in an oiled baking dish, spread lemon juice evenly over the fish, garnish with apricots, peppers, cherry tomatoes, mint leaves and black olives.
  3. This whole in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C +/- 45 minutes, oven setting now at 150 degrees.
  4. Serve with boiled rice, pasta of your choice or potato.
  5. Cucumber lettuce Cut 1 cucumber into slices, 1 dash of vinegar, some pepper, salt and sugar to taste.
  6. Let this soak in for 1 hour.
