Instructions
- Mix the lamb with the Shawarma spices and fry in the hot oil, add a dash of water and let it simmer until nicely done.
- When the meat is done, add the coconut milk and stir well.
- 1 eggplant alternately peel off the skin with a thin peeler and cut into cubes 1 zucchini also alternately peel and cut into cubes 1 onion cut into pieces Deseed and cut 1/2 long red pepper 2 potatoes peel and cut into small cubes 2 tbsp. Vegetable mix no. 1 (Swiet Moffo) 40 ml. water
- Fry the sliced vegetables in 3-5 tbsp olive oil with the vegetable mix together with the sliced potato, let it simmer until everything is done.
- Then mix the lamb with the vegetables and stir well.
- Serve with nicely fried potatoes or boiled rice.
Notes
For a spicy taste, add one of the Swiet Moffo pepper sauces or sambals. Njang Swietie
