- Heat the oil, fry the meat and immediately add the Surinamese Marinade with the Moksi Alesi Mix, mix well and fry until done. Add the carrot and onion and stir-fry briefly, then add the Chinese cabbage and mushrooms and mix well. Add 50 cc of water and mix well again. You can serve this dish with egg noodles, pasta or rice. You can also mix this dish with egg noodles, rice or pasta. For a spicy taste, add one of the pepper sauces or sambals from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
