Instructions
- Mix the marinade with the chicken herbs.
- Cut the thigh meat into pieces and rub well with the marinade.
- Place the pieces of meat in the remaining marinade and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the carrots, spring or spring onion and mushrooms into pieces of +/- 1.5 cm.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the chicken until done.
- Now add the chopped carrot, stir-fry for 2 minutes, fry the onion and mushrooms for 1 minute, add nuts and you have a delicious meal!
Notes
Serving tip: Serve with boiled or fried rice, pasta or noodles. For a little more spiciness: add one of Swiet Moffo's hot peppers or sambals. Of course, instead of frying everything in the pan, you can also put everything on a skewer and roast it on the BBQ!
