marinated chicken
for 4 persons
  1. Mix the marinade with the chicken herbs.
  2. Cut the thigh meat into pieces and rub well with the marinade.
  3. Place the pieces of meat in the remaining marinade and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cut the carrots, spring or spring onion and mushrooms into pieces of +/- 1.5 cm.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the chicken until done.
  6. Now add the chopped carrot, stir-fry for 2 minutes, fry the onion and mushrooms for 1 minute, add nuts and you have a delicious meal!

Serving tip: Serve with boiled or fried rice, pasta or noodles. For a little more spiciness: add one of Swiet Moffo's hot peppers or sambals. Of course, instead of frying everything in the pan, you can also put everything on a skewer and roast it on the BBQ!
