- 800 gr. Minced beef or your own choice

- 1 level tbsp. Italian kitchen herbs Tapa
- 3 tbsp. flower

Instructions
- Mix the minced meat with everything well. Make small balls.
- Dip this in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
- Delicious as a snack, with a dipping sauce such as one of the new Surimayos (these will be introduced at the Huishoud fair in the RAI) or a spicy sauce made with one of the pepper sauces from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
