  1. Mix the minced meat with everything well. Make small balls.
  2. Dip this in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
  3. Delicious as a snack, with a dipping sauce such as one of the new Surimayos (these will be introduced at the Huishoud fair in the RAI) or a spicy sauce made with one of the pepper sauces from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
