Ingredients
- 500 gr. ground beef
- 100 in grams cut onion into small pieces
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp Garden herb mix for Minced Swiet Moffo
- ½ tbsp. Caribbean Herb Butter Mix Swiet Moffo
- Bread-crumbs
- Olive Oil
- 1 gram container of Satay Peanut Sauce 200 Swiet Moffo
- 750 cm gr. Cut Chinese cabbage into pieces of +/- 2, wash and drain.
- 1 ½ tbsp. Tropical Herb Butter Mix Swiet Moffo

Instructions
- Mix the minced meat with all other ingredients thoroughly.
- Make small meatballs.
- Dip the balls in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
- Dissolve satay peanut sauce (See description on container)
- Add the meatballs and simmer gently for another 5-10 minutes. You can eat this dish with rice.
- Boil the chopped Chinese cabbage with herbs, cabbage should remain al dente. For a spicy taste, one of the pepper sauces from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
Notes
You can also take 500 g boneless chicken carbo, cut it into small pieces and then follow the recipe for the meatballs.
