Ingredients
- 600 grams Chicken (chop) cut into pieces
- 250 grams Leek cut into pieces
- 200 grams of Chinese Cabbage cut into pieces
- 0.5 piece Paprika cut into strips
- 1 pack of Sezchuan pork or chicken (Chinese sausage from Swiet Moffo) cut into diagonal slices
- 1 pack of egg noodles cooked until done
- 2 tablespoons Moksi Meti dry spice mix (Swiet Moffo
- 3-4 tablespoons BBQ Los Foroe (Swiet Moffo)
- 5-6 tablespoons of Olive Oil

Instructions
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken in it, adding 2 tbsp. while frying. Add Moksi Meti Mix,
- When the chicken is done, add the chopped leek, Chinese cabbage and pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, the Sezchuan pork or chicken and mix well. Now mix in the BBQ Los Foroe and stir-fry until it is nice and warm.
Notes
For a spicy taste, add one of the delicious Hotpepper sauces or Sambals from Swiet Moffo. ENJOY !!!
