Pangpoen (pumpkin)
Instructions
  1. 1 kilo pangpoon, peel off, cut into cubes and wash.
  2. In the pan with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry, then add a little water and simmer
  3. Cut 150 grams of onions into pieces and fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  4. Cut 190 grams of ready-made salt meat from Swiet Moffo into cubes or strips and fry with the onions.
  5. Cut 260 grams of smoked chicken into pieces and fry with salted meat and onion
  6. Mix everything well into the pangpoen, add 1 tbsp Garden Herb Mix for Minced Meat and 1 tbsp. add fish herbs (both from Swiet Moffo).
  7. Let the whole thing simmer with 2-3 sprigs of chopped celery until everything is nicely cooked.
