Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 300 grams of skinless chicken meat into small pieces
- 200 grams of salt meat into pieces, boil for 20 minutes
- 1 small onion into small pieces
- Thinly slice 3 sprigs of celery
- 2 Bay leaves
- 6-8 Allspice grains
- 1 Green and ripe banana peel and cut into pieces (or boil)
- 1 jar of peanut butter from Swiet Moffo
- 1 1/2 liters of water
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil, then fry the Chicken and Salt Meat, add the Onions and Celery.
- Dissolve peanut butter with the water and add to the fried meat, onions and celery.
- Add the sliced bananas, with bay leaves and allspice grains. Let it boil briefly on high heat and then let it simmer for 15-20 minutes on a low heat. Finish with some salt if necessary.
- Stir well occasionally while simmering to prevent sticking.
- Serve with cooked white rice.
Notes
This is then a complete meal. Instead of putting the green and ripe banana in the soup, you can also make balls out of it. Boil the bananas with some salt until done, drain and let cool. Mash with a fork and make into balls. Serve this with the soup. Enjoy your meal!
