Ingredients
- 600 grams of pointed cabbage into strips +/- 1 cm thick
- 4-5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Roti spice mix
- 1/8 liter of water

Instructions
- Heat the oil
- Add the roti mix and fry briefly
- Add the pointed cabbage, stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stir briefly and you're done.
Notes
You can also make a variation with other vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, but these vegetables are harder, so boil them briefly (blanch), cool them and cut them into pieces. Prepare it the same as the rest of the other vegetables.
