- Coat the chicken legs with 11/2 to 2 tbsp Moksi Meti Mix and 11/2 tbsp herb mix for fish.
- Let it soak in for about half an hour.
- Then put them in the oven (150 degrees hot air oven) and let them brown for +/- 35 minutes.
- Cut the vegetables into pieces, florets, cubes or strips, rinse them briefly. And then put them in, if possible a wok, with hot oil and mix this with the Paprika Mix for Chicken.
- Add the washed and chopped vegetables and stir well with the mix.
- Once everything is mixed together, add a little water and then add the Babi Pangang Stir-fry.
- Just stir-fry and you're done.
