for 4 persons
  1. Coat the chicken legs with 11/2 to 2 tbsp Moksi Meti Mix and 11/2 tbsp herb mix for fish.
  2. Let it soak in for about half an hour.
  3. Then put them in the oven (150 degrees hot air oven) and let them brown for +/- 35 minutes.
  4. Cut the vegetables into pieces, florets, cubes or strips, rinse them briefly. And then put them in, if possible a wok, with hot oil and mix this with the Paprika Mix for Chicken.
  5. Add the washed and chopped vegetables and stir well with the mix.
  6. Once everything is mixed together, add a little water and then add the Babi Pangang Stir-fry.
  7. Just stir-fry and you're done.

You can serve this with rice or mashed potatoes. Delicious, Fast and Tasty…!!!
