Instructions
  1. Rinse the sauerkraut (except wine sauerkraut), peel the potato and cut it into cubes of 3-4 cm. Cut the smoked sausage, chicken, salt meat and onions as large or small as you want. Heat the oil and fry the chicken until done, add the herbs and onions, stir briefly, then add the potato and sauerkraut, add the water and let it simmer until the potato is almost done. Now add the smoked sausage and salt meat. Then add the Caribbean butter mix and let it simmer gently for another 5 minutes. For a nice spicy touch, add a little of the delicious Pepper sauces from Swiet Moffo. We eat this dish with boiled warm white rice. Not difficult and delicious!!!!
