Instructions
  1. Mix the mixture with the minced meat, of course squeezing the soaked bread a little. Make small balls +/- 40 grams Heat olive oil +/- 6 tbsp. and fry the balls until done. Cut 450 grams of tomatoes into small pieces. Also cut 80 grams of onions into pieces. 3-4 tbsp. Heat olive oil and add 1 tbsp. Swiet Moffo marinade of your choice. Fry the tomatoes and onions, add the minced meat balls and let it simmer gently for 20-30 minutes. If necessary, add some water for a tasty gravy. Stir occasionally. Serve with vegetables of your choice, or lettuce, with potatoes or rice or pasta. For a nice spicy taste, try one of the Swiet Moffo Hotpeper sauces.
