Ingredients
- 600 gr. Cut streaky pork chops in half and cook for +/- 5 minutes.
- 450 gr. chicken well and rub it with ½ jar of Surinamese sauce, let it sit for +/- 30 minutes.
- Rub pork chops with ½ pot of Shao Siu sauce and let it sit for +/- 30 minutes. Every now and then, rub the chicken and pork steaks well. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- 480 grams of Chinese Cabbage into coarse pieces of ½ cm, wash and drain.
- 1 package of noodles, see preparation on package , al dente, drain and rinse with cold water, 500 gr
- 5 tbsp. Heat olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Moksi Alesi Herb Mix Swiet Moffo
- 2 tbsp. Spicy Satay Marinade.

Instructions
- Mix the herbs and marinade in the oil, mix the noodles well, mix in the Chinese cabbage,
- Cut 3 sprigs of celery and mix with the noodles, keep warm on a low heat.
- Place pork and chicken in the oven, fill the drip tray with water and roast the meat until done, turning occasionally.
- Cut the roast pork into slices, cut the chicken into pieces, fry the roasted meat in the oil from the drip tray.
- Serve the meat with or on or through the noodles or rice.
Notes
You can make this dish with 500 gr. eat rice or with noodles.
Serve with one of the spicy pepper sauces or sambals from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
