Streaky Pork Chops with Chicken
for 6-8 people
  1. Mix the herbs and marinade in the oil, mix the noodles well, mix in the Chinese cabbage,
  2. Cut 3 sprigs of celery and mix with the noodles, keep warm on a low heat.
  3. Place pork and chicken in the oven, fill the drip tray with water and roast the meat until done, turning occasionally.
  4. Cut the roast pork into slices, cut the chicken into pieces, fry the roasted meat in the oil from the drip tray.
  5. Serve the meat with or on or through the noodles or rice.

You can make this dish with 500 gr. eat rice or with noodles.

Serve with one of the spicy pepper sauces or sambals from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
