Who doesn't know this delicious sauce... Originating in Indonesia, but perfectly integrated into everyone's kitchen: the satay peanut sauce! The sauce is delicious with (chicken) satay, gourmet, fries or barbecue. Also try our Gado-gado sauce: A slightly sweet, mild peanut sauce, suitable for fries, salad or vegetables.
Be careful with peanut allergies. May cause allergic reactions
Preparation method Satay peanut sauce:
- Boil 250 ml of water in a pan and add 250 grams of satay peanut;
- Cook over low heat while stirring until smooth. Note: keep stirring, otherwise the sauce will burn.
