As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email from us. It contains a tracking code with which you can track the order exactly on PostNL.nl.
Have you not received an email yet? Don't stress, in most cases it takes 1 working day to process the order. If you have not yet received an email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us.
If the delivery service cannot deliver the package to you or your neighbors, they will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can indicate on their website when they can visit you. You can also choose to have your package delivered to your neighbors or to a PostNL Collection Point. If you do not make a choice, the package will be offered again the next day.
