Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge.
We use PostNL's service to deliver your purchase. This seemed so appropriate to us. A company that you know and through which we can deliver and ship quickly. Please note that this is usually only on working days and Saturdays.
Orders going to Belgium have a slightly longer delivery time. 
In some cases it may unfortunately take a little longer due to order pressure with us or with PostNL. We stand for one thing. And that is that you will always receive your ordered product.

As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email from us. It contains a tracking code with which you can track the order exactly on Have you not received an email yet? Don't stress, in most cases it takes 1 working day to process the order. If you have not yet received an email, please contact us at or call us.
If the delivery service cannot deliver the package to you or your neighbors, they will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can indicate on their website when they can visit you. You can also choose to have your package delivered to your neighbors or to a PostNL Collection Point. If you do not make a choice, the package will be offered again the next day.  

Did you enter the wrong shipping address?

No worries. Send an email to as soon as possible. In most cases we can change the address before it is processed.  
As soon as your order cannot be delivered, the package will be returned. We will often contact you. We may charge costs for resending.  

Change or cancel order?

Because we have a fast delivery process, it may sometimes be that the order has already been processed by the shipper. We therefore cannot guarantee that you can still adjust the order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please send an email to
