The summer breeze and wine. A flaming barbecue and grilled meat in piri piri sauce. This is the feeling this mix gives! The mix is suitable for the oven, on the barbecue and/or grill, for various types of meat (or fish).
Preparation method Suri Piri Piri:
- Make a thin paste of 50 grams of piri piri mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Marinate the meat, fish or poultry with the paste and let it rest for 15 minutes;
- Bake, barbecue or grill the meat and serve with rice or on bread with chopped onions.
