  1. Heat olive oil in the pan, fry the herbs for a while, add the meat, fry until done, then add the chopped onion, mix well, add the can of pineapple and let it simmer well, mixing well from time to time.

  1. Heat the olive oil, add the chopped bok choy, add the brown bean mix, stir-fry and leave the bok choy nice and crispy. Serve with boiled rice. For a nice spicy side, add one of the pepper or sambal sauces from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
