- 750 grams of lamb into pieces as large or small as you like.
- 2 tbsp. Tandori mix TAPA
- 2 tbsp. Surinamese Massala mix TAPA
- Cut 1 medium onion into
- 5-6 tbsp. olive oil
- 340 grams of pineapple slices
- 500 grams of rice
- For the vegetables
- 2 packs of pak choi into pieces and wash, then drain
- 1 tablespoon Brown Bean Mix Swiet Moffo
- 3-4 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation: Lamb
- Heat olive oil in the pan, fry the herbs for a while, add the meat, fry until done, then add the chopped onion, mix well, add the can of pineapple and let it simmer well, mixing well from time to time.
Preparation: Vegetable
- Heat the olive oil, add the chopped bok choy, add the brown bean mix, stir-fry and leave the bok choy nice and crispy. Serve with boiled rice. For a nice spicy side, add one of the pepper or sambal sauces from Swiet Moffo or Tapa.
